No School Monday, Oct 9th- All SVUSD are closed for Indigenous Peoples Day. Friday, Oct 13th, there will be a long assembly (Homecoming Rally) and classes will end at 1:15pm for Homecoming Festivities.
Fri 10/13: SVHS Minimum day packed with fun:
- Rally - court talents & class lip syncs 10-11am
- Parade from Siltanen Park to the High school via SV Drive begins at 1:45pm (class floats, football team, cheer team, & homecoming court)
- Festivities for HS students start right at the end of the parade ~ 3p (food, bouncy house obstacle course, and climbing wall) Bounce House Liability Waiver
- Carnival for our younger falcons ~ 4pm to 6pm (support our SVHS clubs & enjoy carnival games to win treats)
- JV Game @ 5pm; Varsity game @7:30pm
- Mock Trial will host a potato bar, Model UN will sell hot cocoa, & Funding the Food Bank club will host cotton candy sales
- Homecoming court & class floats around the track @ halftime of the varsity game
