To apply for a work permit:

1. Download and complete  Work Permit Application

2. Employer's information and signature required before processing

Bring completed and signed applications to Kelly Cox at SVHS Attendance Office during the school year.

While SVHS is closed for the summer (June 7th-July 23rd), the District Office* will provide work permits and transcripts for current students or 2024 graduates. Call ahead with transcript requests: 831-438-1820.

Business hours are: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (excluding the dates and holidays listed below).
The District Office will be closed on the following dates:

• Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th (4th of July Holiday)
