As you look at this schedule, no one will be attending everything on here. However, EVERY single wrestler will attend all the Duals, the Ladies Coast Classic, and League Finals. No exceptions.
Pre-Tournament Planning
Have a food plan in order to manage energy throughout the day (mostly carbs) & pack food
Groom (nails, hair, beard)
Gear (headgear, singlet, shoes, mouthguard, warmups, etc)
Hygiene (wet wipes, Defense Soap body wipes, masks, change of clothes, etc)
Battery pack, phone charger, light blanket, travel pillow
Pack the day before to minimize last minute rush
Eat light after weigh in if you’ve been cutting
Give yourself inclement/extra traffic time for travel
